That’s why I’m building my own self-hosted, open-source AI & automation stack—from scratch. A stack that puts ownership, transparency, and resilience first. No hidden algorithms. No dependency on platforms that can lock you out.

That doesn’t mean today’s existing tools and SaaS platforms are wrong. They have their place—and in fact, many of them can be layered on top of an open-source stack. The difference is that a more owned and open source approach makes you less dependent, more flexible, and fully in control of your data and infrastructure.

I’ll share the journey step by step: setting up the stack, connecting automation, and layering in AI for real-world use cases. It’s designed for individuals, creators, and small businesses who want to stay in control of their tech future.
